I loved it so much. From the minute I walked in to when I left was such a welcoming and comforting atmosphere. From being 15 myself, I know that prom is so special and it's very important that you have someone friendly to guide you who won't judge you when prom dress shopping and I had this experience here. I was with a girl called layla and she was lovely. So kind and friendly and gave great advice when it came down to choosing between two dresses. There was so many dresses with varied colours, styles, sizes and (important for some) price ranges. Overall lovely experience and would totally recommend.

I needed a last minute dress for the Olivier awards after my last dress fell through. RiRi’s came to my rescue and I got a beautiful dress off the peg which means it was also a bargain! I got loads of compliments on the dress and was thrilled with how it looked! I’m also a wheelchair user and they were so accommodating. There are parts of the shop that aren’t accessible but everyone was more than willing to go dress hunting on my behalf and bring down dresses of interest so I wouldn’t let that put you off. Would recommended RiRi’s to anyone looking for a special dress.

Love the Riri’s experience, the staff are so welcoming and friendly, my second prom dress purchase now this time for my youngest daughter.
We had Lilly and she is a lovely girl who could not do enough to help and support and make sure my daughter was 100% happy, missed seeing Ria who was so helpful first time around for my eldest daughter. Lilly’s pace and approach was perfect and being a similar age was lovely to also hear and share details of plans with my daughter- feeling delighted with experience and Lily is an credit to the standard of customer care given today and above expectations.

I would like to thank Lee who was absolutely awesome today for my Mother of the bride fitting. Not only was she patient.... she was so kind and very helpful. I had the best experiences at Ri Ri’s :) The staff were so polite and patient with picking out the dresses and helping you pick. Then when I tried the dresses on the staff were so lovely and had massive smiles and gave the loveliest compliments and made me feel so comfortable and happy in my chosen dress.
