Book an Appointment

All bookings at Ri Ri’s are by appointment only.  Please do not turn up without an appointment as we will be unable to let you in for both security and comfort reasons. 

Upon arrival, please buzz at the security door (panel on the left hand side of doorway) and a member of our team will assist you.

Guest Policy:

• Outlet Appointments: You may bring ONE parent or guardian.

• Main Store Appointments: You may bring MAX TWO guests.

We can occasionally accommodate groups of up to 4 guests during school hours (when the store is quieter). However, during peak times (after school and weekends), we must strictly enforce the guest limits. This ensures a comfortable experience for everyone and keeps us in line with health and safety regulations.

You will be able to invite more family members to your dress fitting appointment, as these are scheduled separately in the evenings.

ALL PROM BOOKINGS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN. We do not accept Sisters/boyfriends or friends as a parent or guardian and unfortunately cannot allow any prom customers to proceed with the appointment unless their own parent/guardian is in attendance.

Booking Fee:

To minimise no-shows, there is a £10 booking charge per appointment. This fee will be deducted from your purchase during your initial appointment.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made after this period or for no-shows.
