We are fully inclusive and our price and size range reflects that. Our
gowns start at £900 and go up to £2,500 and sizes range from UK

Gatsby glamour or boho beach vibes, we have got you covered.



We are so proud of our beautiful space (we’re not biased) and our
brides seem to love it too. Ready to welcome you and your bridal
party, are two separate individual and spacious changing suites.
Each with their own seating area for your guest and enough mirrors
to catch you at every angle.

Fancy some bubbles? You and your party can enjoy a glass of
complimentary Prosecco, No’secco or tea’s and coffees during your
appointment. We want you to be relaxed and to feel at home.



We’ve taken time and given much thought in choosing the
designers we stock and which gowns from their collections make it
into our showroom.

When selecting our dresses, we keep in mind our brides, what they
ask for, what the latest trends are, as well as the failsafe classics. We
listen to our brides feedback and take it into account each year
when selecting our newest additions.

We stock many different shapes and styles to suit all shapes and
sizes. We want every bride to feel confident we have something for

We understand all the emotions that our brides can feel before
booking and during your appointment. Yes, embarking on your
journey to finding your perfect dress can be very exciting, but it
can also feel a little daunting and overwhelming. At RiRi’s bridal we
want to make every interaction with us as stress free and relaxed as
possible, so over the next few pages we are going to take the
guesswork out of it by taking you through a step by step guide to
shopping with us and hopefully answering any questions you may

You’ll book your appointment online, and while you do, you’ll be
asked a few questions so we can start getting to know you and
what your are looking for before you even get to us. Budget, initial
thoughts on ideal style (although they often change) and timescale
are all super important in helping us to bring you and your dream
dress together.

Upon arriving at RiRi’s, you’ll be taken upstairs to our secluded 1st
floor Bridal showroom. Working from the information you have
provided us, we will have some styles in mind for you to try,
however we welcome you, and you are free to browse the entire

Once you have selected all the dresses you want to try and while
your guest get comfortable in the viewing area, we will be with you
helping you in and out of the gowns. If you feel comfortable to do
so, we encourage you to remove your bra, so you can truly get a
sense of the dress, however we work with you and however you
feel most relaxed.

With each dress you try, we listen to your feedback. We encourage
you to tell us what you like and what you are not so keen on with
each dress, allowing us throughout your appointment, to act on
your feedback and do our best to match you with “The One”



Each designer works to different timescales and unfortunately the
Pandemic has had an impact on supply and demand logistic, so we
recommend to start looking for your dress as soon as possible.

Once you have fallen in love with your dream dress, a 50% deposit
of the total amount is required to generate the order. The
remainder will be due when your gown is delivered to our store.
Once your gown has been delivered to our store we will contact
you to arrange your first fitting appointment, and settle your


Dress Collection and First Fitting

Once your gown has arrived in store, we will unpack, thoroughly
check and steam your dress. We will call you to let you know it has
arrived and invite you in.

Once your dress has arrived in store, in
the unlikely event that there are any issues, our designers give a
two week window to raise these, so it’s of the upmost importance
you come to collect your dress within two weeks of it arriving
When you come into store you will also check your gown and you
will paid the balance. Once this is done, the dress is yours to take
away! During this visit to RiRi’s Bridal, you’ll try on your gown to
establish what (if any) alterations you need.

Should any alterations be required, we will arrange for you to come
back with your dress to meet with our In-House seamstress. They
will work with you to achieve your perfect fit, taking your dress
away but working to your timescale, having it back to you in plenty
of time for your big day.



The number of fittings varies from bride to bride. If your gown has
been made to special measurements, and you’ve stayed the same
shape, a single fitting may suffice. More often, a second, third or
even fourth appointment is necessary, especially if your gown is a
‘standard’ dress size, and you are having multiple alterations.
Providing your measurements don’t change, we only charge for the
finished job, NOT the number of fittings.

The ideal scenario is to start alterations 2-3 months for your big
day, however this may not always be possible, so we are flexible
and will work to the time frame needed to endeavour to get your
dress ready in the required time frame.

We will take care of booking your alteration appointments, which
will all take place at RiRi’s, however these ladies manage their own
invoices and payments so you will pay them directly for any work
carried out. We will always be very clear and upfront about your
alterations charges, and ask that you pay in cash on your final
fitting, once the alterations have been signed off.

To ensure the dress is being altered perfectly, each time you arrive
for a fitting, you must remember to bring the shoes and underwear
you will be wearing on the wedding day. The fitting cannot be
carried out without them as they will naturally alter the fit of the

After your final fitting, you will take your dress home. You will check
over your gown thoroughly on the day you take it home, as you’ll
be signing a legally binding pick up form to say that you are happy
with the condition and the fit of your gown.

Once any gown has left our premises we will not be held
responsible for any damage that may happen to it.



We are extremely busy with appointments during the evenings and at weekends. Day time appointments during the week are a lot calmer if you did want to visit us for a more relaxed shopping appointment as we do want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable as possible.
