From January we will be open for prom appointments 7 days a week.
Booking An Appointment
Due to the limited number of appointments and in order for us to minimise no-shows we have implemented a £10 booking fee for each appointment. However if you make a purchase with us at your INITIAL appointment then that £10 will be deducted from your balance.

Ri Ri’s Specialist Curve Range (Size UK16-34) sits within Ri Ri’s ‘Main Store’
Although we do have some styles size 16+ in our Outlet the selection is limited especially during prom season as these tend to get snapped up quicker than they can get replaced.
We also understand that plans change so in the event you are unable to make your appointment or need to reschedule, we would require a minimum 48 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations made after the 48 hours or for no-shows.

We are extremely busy with appointments after school times, weekends and during school holidays. Day time appointments during the week are a lot calmer if you did want to visit us for a more relaxed shopping appointment or if you wanted to bring more family members with you to your session. We ask all customers to adhere to the 1 guest per shopper limit as we want to avoid the shop feeling over crowded and busy for all of our shoppers. If you do wish to bring multiple guests to your prom appointment then it is advised to book 11-3pm weekdays. Our main aim is to make your shopping experience as enjoyable and relaxed as possible.
