Bookings at Ri Ri’s are strictly by appointment only so on arrival kindly buzz us on the security door and someone will be there to let you in.
Please Note: Due to the current Covid restrictions each shopper is restricted to bringing just ONE parent or guardian with them to their appointment.
If it is important to bring multiple members of the family we might be able to accommodate groups of 4 during school hours when the shop is less busy and we won’t exceed our restricted numbers. However this will not be possible during peak times (after school and weekends) and we will have to be very strict on the ONE parent/guardian rule. We therefore ask you politely to not attend with more than one person to keep it fair for everyone and to ensure we don’t contravene government guidelines.
You will however be able to bring 2 family members to your dress fitting appointment as they take place individually on separate evening.
From January we will be open for prom appointments 7 days a week from 12 pm-7.30 pm and Sundays 10.30-4 pm.
Due to the limited number of appointments and in order for us to minimise no-shows we have implemented a £10 booking charge for each appointment. However when you make a purchase with us, that £10 will be deducted from your balance.
We also understand that plans change, so in the event you are unable to make your appointment or need to reschedule then we would require a minimum 48 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations made after the 48 hours or for no-shows.
